Why Relay exists
Coordination should not live in somebody’s head.
Community teams are often volunteers with different schedules, time zones, and real lives. Relay is being shaped around a simple goal: make it easier to answer “when can everyone actually be here?” and keep the routine follow-up from falling on one person every week.

Built from something real. Ember Relay is evolving from Phoenix Coordinator, a tool originally built to solve coordination problems inside a live community rather than from an imaginary feature checklist.
